Last War Butler (“the Service”) is an unofficial tool that helps Last War alliances manage schedules, membership, Desert Storm planning, and related activity. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publishers or developers of Last War or any related game.
The Service hosts a separate workspace for each alliance. We operate the Service; each alliance’s own leadership administers its workspace, decides who may join, and is responsible for how they run it.
You may create an account with an email address, a password, and a display name. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not share passwords or attempt to access another person’s account.
Any signed-in user may create an alliance workspace and becomes its owner. Joining an existing alliance requires approval from that alliance’s leadership. An owner or admin may approve, deny, or remove members of their own workspace. You may leave an alliance at any time.
You may only create a workspace for an alliance you are actually part of and authorized to represent. We may reclaim or remove a workspace created to squat on an alliance name or tag, or one created to impersonate an alliance you do not belong to.
Alliance owners and admins control their workspace’s content and settings, including whether the alliance has a public recruitment page. They are responsible for the data they and their members put into it.

We may suspend or remove accounts or alliance workspaces that violate these terms.
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us the permission needed to store, process, and display it in order to operate the Service — including processing screenshots you submit for automated data extraction. We do not use your content to train AI models.
The Service offers optional paid credit subscriptions (Plus, Pro) that meter usage of Butler’s automation API. Pricing is shown before you subscribe, and the free tier remains free — you are never charged retroactively for using it. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; see our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
Schedules, assignments, rankings, and other content are provided for alliance coordination only. The Service may change, go offline, or lose data without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and automated data extraction from screenshots may produce errors that you should review before relying on it.
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including lost game progress, missed events, or decisions made based on information shown here.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
