Last War Butler (“the Service”) is an unofficial alliance management tool for Last War. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and who can see it. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publishers or developers of Last War.
The Service hosts a separate workspace for each alliance. Within a workspace, the alliance’s own leadership decides who may join and what roles they hold. We operate the Service; they administer their workspace.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may store:
- Account data — email address, password credentials (handled by our auth provider), and account identifiers
- Profile data — display name, optional name fields, language, country, timezone, and similar account preferences
- Alliance membership data — the alliances you belong to, the in-game characters you link to each one, your join requests, your roles, and your membership status in each alliance
- Gameplay coordination data — in-game name and rank, squad power, event registrations, Desert Storm preferences and assignments, train schedule assignments, and related alliance planning fields
- Uploaded content — images and screenshots you upload, including roster screenshots submitted for automated data extraction
- Device / notification data — optional web push subscription details if you enable notifications, and approximate last-active signals used for engagement features
- Alliance settings — workspace configuration such as alliance name, description, and Discord link (managed by alliance admins)
How we use information
We use this information to:
- Authenticate accounts and manage alliance membership and join requests
- Show member directories, schedules, and Desert Storm / train planning tools
- Help alliance admins coordinate activity and engagement
- Extract roster data from screenshots you choose to upload
- Send optional push notifications you enable
- Operate, secure, and improve the Service
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to train AI models.
Who can see your information
- Members of your alliance may see profile and coordination information appropriate to the feature (for example display names, squad power, event sign-ups, or Desert Storm assignments). Data is scoped to the alliance it belongs to — members of one alliance cannot see another alliance’s workspace.
- Alliance admins can see additional membership, applicant, and operational data needed to run their workspace.
- The public may see an alliance’s recruitment page if its leadership makes the alliance public. That page shows alliance-level summary statistics only — not individual member names or per-member statistics.
- Service providers that host the Service (for example our database, auth, and AI processing providers) handle data only to provide those services.
Retention
We keep account and coordination data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Service. Alliance admins may remove members from their workspace, and you may leave an alliance or delete your account. Some records may be retained where needed for security, audit, or legal reasons.
Your choices
- Update profile and timezone preferences in your account settings
- Enable or disable push notifications where that control is available
- Leave an alliance workspace at any time
- Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data
Children
The Service is intended for players who are old enough to play the related game and participate in its community. It is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.

Use of the Service is also subject to our Terms of Service.
